🧠 What it teaches

  • What to do before, during and after sport
  • Stop and treat a low right away, even in a race
  • Glucose can keep dropping for hours after sport

Exercise usually lowers glucose, during the activity and for hours afterwards, sometimes overnight. Plans differ: some children have a carb snack or change their insulin before sport, as their diabetes team advises; the game never shows doses or thresholds. A low is treated before going back to play.
