Things that help
- Talk to someone you trust: a parent, a nurse, a teacher, a friend
- Meet other kids with diabetes, at a camp or a club
- Take a break and do something you love
- Be proud of everything you do every day!
💡 You are more than your diabetes. You're a dancer, a builder, a gamer, a friend…
